This is a Comme des Garçons Homme Plus jacket. It's made of cotton and would be perfect as a light jacket for this time of year. The color is a unique shade between brown and off-white. The large buttons are a distinctive feature, typical of Comme des Garçons.
While it has been worn only a few times, it's an archive piece from over 20 years ago, so there are likely some age-related stains throughout (see photos 5-8).
I haven't had the stains removed, but it has been cleaned.
