These cycling shoes are designed for Triathlons but are also an excellent choice for road and spin classes (or at home spin bike). They're lighter and more breathable than your typical road shoe. Hook and loop straps are the lightest and simplest retention option for cycling shoes--quick and easy to use with no possibility of binding. The shoes drain and dry out quickly as well.

The shoes are BOTH two-bolt cleat and three-bolt cleat compatible, essentially making them compatible with ANY pedal and cleat system on the market. They'll accommodate two bolt metal SPD cleats (most common on exercise bikes at gyms), as well as three bolt road cleats, including SPD-SL and Look Delta (Look Delta being the pedals/cleats for Peleton spin bikes.

CONDITION
These shoes are in excellent, like new condition. I see no evidence of cleats being mounted to the shoes or the shoes being used.
