Vintage Pearl China Co. tea set from 1940s. Teapot, creamer, sugar. Hand decorated, warranted 22K Gold. USA made. Marked on the bottom of all 3 pieces. Creamer has original sticker on it. Flower & branch pattern all over. Teapot: 7 1/4 inches high with lid, 6 1/2 inches handle to spout, 3 3/4 inches wide. Sugar: 4 1/4 inches high with lid, 4 3/4 inches handle to handle, 3 1/2 inches wide. Creamer: 3 inches high, 5 inches handle to spout, 3 1/2 inches wide. Good condition for age & use. Gold is good. Creamer has no chips or cracks. Sugar: no chips. Lid has a crack line on inside part that goes down into the bottom, which is a manufacture defect common to the time period. Teapot has a couple knicks in the gold. 1 on the rim, 1 tiny one on spout edge. Inside edge of lid has a chip on part that goes down into pot. See close-up photos. Beautiful set for a collection.
