The Legend of Kugels: The early 1800's artistic German heritage brought us Kugels, a gently hand-blown glass bubble. Kugels are marked by a heavy solid weightiness that is visible to the eye. Brightly colored on the outside, Kugels took the form of spheres or molded shapes like grapes and berry clusters, apples, and pears.
